Been using a 1500 for a few years now and I couldn't be happier with an electronic scale. After performing a factory calibration once, I have never had to re-calibrate again. It is right on every time I use it.
I have used some cheaper electronic scales and was not happy at all with those, but I highly recommend the RCBS 1500. If you want to use an electronic scale, the 1500 is very much worth the money in my opinion.
I guess the old adage, ya get what ya pay for, is applicable here..
