I would like to know if this bullet is a good choice for the 7mm stw on deer a big deer here is a 200 pounder on average 100 to 150.thanks for your help.

I use 140gr bullets out of my own 7mmstw's and our mature bucks often weigh 300lbs or more on the hoof.

If that bullet shoots well in your gun, then it's a reasonable choice. Deer don't require a bullet that heavy -- nor do they require a "controlled expansion" or "premium" bullet -- but there's no disadvantage (other than very slighly more recoil) to using the 160 grain bullet vs. a lighter one.
