Sweeping up spilled propellant
I've just been sweeping it out of the shop into the grass. After I'm done with that I water down the area with a garden hose. Should I be doing something different or this is okay. I'm not talking about a spill. Just after I work I sweep out the shop and notice propellant along with the other dust and stuff I'm sweeping out into the grass. I guess I'm getting a little paranoid. I don't know.

You're good, the only danger there is happens when a loose primer gets set off by a sweeper type vacuum cleaner. Just arrange your schedule so if that happens the vacuumer has time to cool off before she can reach you.

for every hour in front of the computer you should have 3 hours outside

I have been vacuuming under the reloading bench for years. I've never popped a live primer but it is interesting to hear one rattle around in the beater head.
What you're doing is fine. Your grass will thank you. Your lawn mower, maybe not so much.
