Smknbarrel260 Remington
I'm looking for reloading data for the 260 Remington cartridge with either the 85 (I Believe Sierra) Hollow point or the 95 Nosler Ballistic Tips. Will be fired in a Savage Striker Pistol w\ 14" barrel. For predator hunting use.

Savage99I am loading the 95 gr VMax in a 260 Rem with 43.5 grs of RL 15 and it does 3250+ out of a 22" barrel.
There is data at the Hodgdon, Alliant, IMR etc sites and other places.

B17GGood recommendation from Savage there./
If you need just a hair more velocity, try 43.5 grains of IMR 4064 instead. Both powders are very close in burn rate, but IMR should give you another 100 fps or so, than the RL 15.
And the 95 grain bullet is a Hornady, not a Nosler.
Nosler's 100 grain tho is a better bullet in my book. An often over looked bullet tho is the 90 grain Speer TNT.

todbartell**start low and work up**
this is a load I use in my 22" barreled m700 mtn rifle :
95 gr. Hornady V-Max @ 2.81" OAL
43.0 grs. RL15
R-P case
WLR primer

3100 fps avgI would expect it to make 2850-2900 fps in your 14" Striker barrel. Still a flat shooting, potent predator load.
