gohip2000.375 h&h, 260 accubond, 300 gr partition, & 300 gr sierra
Ok, I am looking for two main things:
1. Loads
2. Which published manual to compare it to
I bought the 260gr accubonds, 300gr partitions, and 300gr gamekings to try out, but unfortionately I only have the new Barnes manual, a speer manual, and one of those Complete reloading guides to the 375 h&h that's full of old data.
I have RL 15 & H4350 for powders
I'd like to get 2500-2650 fps for 300gr
& 2700-2900 for 260gr bullets
I tryed the 270 gr TSX which was accurate and good for deer to heavy animals, but want more variety.
I was thinking the 260 gr accubonds and 300 gr Sierras for deer to black bear, elk, & moose, and the 300 gr partitions for deer to everything that doesn't need solids

308SakoYou have 2 excellent powders for the .375 H&H, and the R15 for the 260's and 300, or the 4350 for the 300's. It really depends upon which powder your rifle likes the best. The 300 Sierra is a little soft for it's caliber, but will kill North American game with aplumb.

Nosler 5th edition shows RL15 as most accurate powder tested & following loads for 260 gr. AB:
69.0 gr* = 2648 MV
Most Accurate Load71.0 gr = 2721 MV
73.0 gr = 2793 MV
Max.My Savage SE liked 73.4 gr., producing just over moa groups @ 2690 fps 20' from muzzle w/39 fps ES.
While this load showed no pressure signs in my rifle, note that it is above max. suggested loads in manual!Regards,
