PA_Dave.375 H&H FL Sizing Problem
I am a relatively novice reloader and have just recently started reloading the .375 H&H. The rifle was built by Mark Bansner on Win 70 Action. The problem arises when I Full Length size my once fired brass. This is WW factory brass that I loaded with minimum loads. The FL sizer is only sizing approximately half of the case neck. The first case in the picture is a once fired case. The second two have been FL sized. One is clean and the other is smoked to better illustrate the problem. There is a slight bulge in the case where the sizing stops. It is barely detectable when I run my finger nail over it. I am using a Redding FL sizing die with the die screwed all the way down to the shell holder. Can't figure this one out. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,

LabmanDave- Your photos don't show on the post so it's very difficult to suggest a cure. I do however also live in Southeast PA (King of Prussia) and I'm set up to load 375 H&H with my RCBS dies. If you want, you could stop over my place some evening and we could run a few of your cases through my dies to see if that solves the problem.
I'm leaving for Africa on 4/30 so PM me if you want to give this a try.

If your die is really screwed all the way down, touching the shellholder, and it still leaves that much of the neck unsized, it almost sounds like a faulty die.
Contact Redding and see what they say.
