Which bullet diameter?

I'm new to reloading, and going to order brass and bullets tomorrow for 9 mm and .32 H&R Mag. I see 3 diameters for .32 mag at different places - .311, .312 and .313. Are the different sizes for specific uses or --?

Jacketed bullets for the .32 H&R Mag are .312 and lead wadcutters and SWC are .314

One can use a .001 smaller in both cases if he wishes.
