<nated>flash hole in WW .45 auto...
did WW make a different flash hole for a time in their .45 auto brass? picked some up somewhere and while washing found a bunch to have a flash hole nearly twice the norm. did someone do this? or was it a fluke? is there some advantage to this that i haven't heard of? new to the sport, so it's most likely. thanks in advance for info, nated

<Sooner>I assume you are talking about their "Win clean" ammo. I have several boxes waiting to be loaded. Winchester says no problem, but I have to think it would change your pressure. I have loaded a couple of them and found no pressure signs or abnormalities but I am still a little hesitant. I hope someone who knows more than me will respond, cause I was about to post the same question.

<nated>sooner-
yeah i don't know that it's winclean, maybe. a buddy and i just split up brass at the end of the shooting day and i think he may have picked it up somewhere, dunno. it looks pretty beat up. i'm gonna run some velocity checks on it some time, maybe this week. thanks for the reply, nated
