MOA Minute Of Angle 1/60 of a degree. Measures 1.037"/100yd IIRC. Most people round it off to 1" even. The measurment is center to center, but measuring outside to outside and subtracting 1 bullet diameter yeilds the same result. For general purposes 1 MOA = 1/2" @ 50yd, 2" @ 200yd, 5" @ 500yd, etc
