Sierra Reloading info?

I need reloading information for .223 using a Sierra 45gr Spitzer bullet with Hodgden H335 powder.

Yes,
All I found was 40 and 50gr bullets.

Hodgdon H335 list a 45gr spitzer 23.8 to 26.2@3450 26"barrel
Sierra H335 list a 45gr spitzer 25.4 to 27.9 @3300 20"barrel
