Use Microsoft excel and make your own. Decide what data you want to record and how you want it organized. You can customize the cells and add headers and footers as needed.

BobC56, I also have a copy I created that I would send to you, if you want. It's rather simple.

I record my reloading info on 3 ring note book paper.
