Well I gave the seating die a little work out today. and it works pretty good. All the bullets were seated to 2.286.oal to ogive great repeatable. best feature is the bullet window. I didn't pinch my finger one time. I will try it on my lock and load ap next with 223. When placing them by hand on the brass occasionally on will pop out. Should not happen with this die.

I just used mine again as well. The window/micrometer adjustment combined makes setting seating depth super easy. I also like the way it automatically centers the bullet in the case when you drop it in the window. I will definitely be getting plenty use out of mine.
