SnellstromI normally have used a kinetic bullet puller, however on a few occasions I run it up through my press having no die in place and grab the bullet with pliers or side cutters (dikes)then lower the ram pulling the bullet.
Usually leaves a small mark on the bullet but I normally grab it at the cannelure if it has one.

Bear in FairbanksWhat the other guys said about an impact puller and a collet puller. I have both on hand. Surprisingly, I find the collet at least as fast or faster than the impact.
