Ewww, Andr, here is the real scoop:

"The production facilities in Vihtavuori continued to operate as the State Power Plant from their establishment until the end of the Second World War. The operation continued under the name Kemira Oy Vihtavuori Plant as part of Kemira Oy until the 1990's. The major ownership and organization changes that took place in the European defence equipment industry at that time were also reflected in Vihtavuori: on 1.1.1991, Kemira Oy, still maintaining its ownership position, incorporated the Vihatavuori plant into Vihtavuori Oy. Vihtavuori Oy shares moved over to the newly established state-owned defence consortium Patria Industries Oy on 1.1.1997. In 1998, Patria Industries Oy merged two of the companies that it owned, Vihtavuori Oy and Cartridge Plant Lapua Oy, to form the Patria Lapua Oy Vihtavuori Plant. Patria Industries Oy incorporated powder production in the Vihtavuori plant on 1.10.1998, selling it to the Swedish-Finnish explosives enterprise Nexplo Industrie Ab, in which it is a partial owner. This marked the establishment of the Nexplo Vihtavuori Oy Powder Plant. Nexplo Industries Ab also owns Bofors' powder production in Sweden. At the same time, the ownership of the defence equipment production in Vihtavuori moved over to Nammo AS, a Norwegian-Swedish-Finnish enterprise. The quarrying explosives production in Vihtavuori was sold to Forcit Oy, a Finnish explosives manufacturer."
