Well, after spending about 45 minutes on the phone with PACWEST, and explaining where their problem was, the system is finally back on-line.

I'm not sure which is funnier ... they didn't even know they had a problem or the fact that the guy I was talking to was named Damyu (not I'm not sure if the pronounciation is "Da-myu" or if it is "Dam-you").

At any rate, as of 17:42 MST on June 4, 2003, I am alive once again...
