Question on sales of componets
I am going to sell off a large quantity of componets in the next several months. Probably 60+ pounds of powder, 100,000 primers, 2500 bullets, cases and 10,000 rounds of ammo.
I do not want to mess around with gunbroker or boxing and mailing it.
Does anyone know of an auction house or company that will buy it as a lot or sell it on commission.

Their are people that well buy it.

I don't think many commercial places that will handle it.

What you have isn't that large of quantity.

Might try a local auction house I see that kind of stuff at small actions all the time.

I brought a estate much larger then what you have.

Or advertise it here, local gun club, friends of yours, local paper.

Price depends on how fast you want to sell it.

There are several auction houses in my area that sell reloading components in conjunction with their gun auctions. I live in southeast PA so that won't help you. Check out www.auctionzip.com and search for gun auctions in your area then contact the auction houses to see if they will sell your components.

Rock Island Auctions, will sell ammo and components, but no longer ships it; I don't know why not.
However at auction, you will get far less than doing yourself'; all you need is a box; UPS will ship it; mark it ORM-D. Sell in large lots; not one pound at a time.

Thanks guys. I was hoping maybe an auction would handle it.

Do you have any decent sized gun shows close by?
During the great shortage years that would sell out here in a few days.

Buy a table at a local gun show, but don't piss off the other dealers by selling too cheap. Can you sell the loaded ammo without having an FFL? I think a lot of folks would be wary of buying someone else's handloaded ammo.

Give me a home where the buffalo roam and I'll show you a house full of buffalo shit.

100,000 primers isn't that many? Sheesh, I look at the size of a box of 1,000 Federal rifle primers and imagine 100 of them.

I don’t have the option of a gun show. I am currently living overseas and can not import them to where I am and I will be selling the house in the USA. Will just be back 6 weeks, so not enough time to do it myself... or frankly the patience to deal with the public at a gun show. I worked for a gun store in college that did gunshows every weekend. I got more than my fill then.

Not saying it is... just my personal inventory.

In that case, if it's common desireable stuff I'd consign to a dealer or see if they'd buy it outright.
