A personal milestone
I have been handloading since October, 1999. My first setup was a Lee Anniversary Kit that has been replaced over the years as it wore out or was upgraded, but tonight I have achieved a milestone in my reloading. I have finaly used up the last of that 2oz. tube of Lee case lube that came with that kit. The tube that was shiny white and red is now dull red and yellow and has lubed more cases than I can recall.

I think I'll try something different now jumping. Any suggestions?

Congrats on sticking with reloading. It's an addictive hobby.

I've had excellent results with Hornady One Shot Case Lube, and it does not contaminate powder or primers.

Be sure to let it dry a minute or more before sizing the cases.

However, if you have large cases (aka .300 Win Mag or larger), Imperial Sizing Wax may be a better option. On everything else, though, the Hornady One Shot is tough to beat.

That's funny we just moved into a rental house after selling ours, while we wait for the new one to be built. While I was packing up the gunroom and I found the original tube of RCBS lube that I bought in 1981. It's still full though as I only used it when I first started reloading.

I like the Hornady One Shot Lube, great stuff. Also use it for a release agent while bedding actions. Karry
