This may be old news, but Hornady has a bullet rebate going through the end of 2014:

They have a 500 bullet and a 100 bullet rebate. The purchase of a Hornady reloading kit or plant gets you 500 bullets and Hornady dies gets you 100 bullets.

The only draw back is there is only 10 bullets to choose from (ranging from 22 to 7MM). However, Hornady was kind enough to let me substitute 100 458Lott 500grn bullets instead of 500 bullets of a caliber I did not want or need. (If you call Hornady and get the right CSR person you could probably substitute also.)
