what do you use to clean (wipe) the resizing lube from the resized cases?

Bob338Paper towel. You can add a bit of alcohol if you like.

MaxBucket of hot water.
(Works swell, since I use RCBS water-based lube)

Steel SlingerI tumble till clean, resize, then tumble again for several hours to polish. Gets all the lube off. I know many of you don't like tumblers, but that's what works for me.

Cal SibleyUsually I only necksize my brass, but I keep a towel in my lap and wipe off any residual lube before returning the case to its wooden case holder. I'll clean the cases later but don't want to risk contaminating my media. It works for me. Best wishes.

First of all I use Bardahl to lube my cases. I have found nothing better.when sized I wipe them with a rag but this is only about 65% effective depending on how tired I am.
The next most of the time is the tumbeling. The media is walnut shells, Bon Ami, a hand ful of corn meal ( the kind yu mama made her corn bread), and fresh cut up napkins or paper towels.
Throw the cases in the mixing bowl and spray the brass generously with 409 ORANGE.
the brass comes out clean and bright, the paper inchlies are dirty and I've been using the media I have in the tumbler for a number of years. It is going ,now, as I write.

I use a Lee Zip Trim
http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.exe/showproduct?saleitemid=515804mounted on a piece of 2x4 clamped in a vise on my work bench. After sizing the cases get trimmed, chamfered, steel wool on a 22 caliber brush inside the neck, and use
Flitz Metal Polish on the outside. I apply a little dab from the tube, use a foam pad from the TSX boxes to spread it around and spin it against a rag to get the flitz off. Shines like a new Krugerrand gold coin and protects the case against dulling factors like fingerprints, contact with leather bullet holders, etc. Makes 'em so slick you can't hardly pick 'em up.
No tumbling necessary. Saves a lot of money (tumblers, media, additives, trimmers, electricity, bandaids for the blisters from the trimmers, etc.)
Just my way of doing it

mstarlingI clean rifle cases in a tumbler, size them, tumble them again, and check the flash holes for obstruction.
