I pulled half dozen of each and never found ANY loads that matched each other. That scared me with his 357's, some were so light I'd be concerned the bullet would stick in the bore, and others had half again as much powder as the books showed as max loads. How he kept from blowing things up I have no clue.
I pulled every single load down +- 1500 rnds.
If he was so stupid he couldn't get any closer than that with a dipper then he would have killed himself with set of scales. It's hard to screw up a level dipper full of powder.

NakihunterThat is the KEY WORD.
Level dipper full means that one uses the same physical process EVERY time.
If you fill the dipper and tap it to settle the powder, then do it exactly the same way - same rhythm of the taps, same number of taps, same sound form the taps etc.
If you use a card or an ice cream stick to level it, make sure it is not bent, grooved etc.
From the reported results that person probably did the loads after a few Bourbons at 3 am listening to ACDC at full blast while the missus was under the bench!
