My Charge Master 1500 has a few miles on it. Still works pretty good though. It does have difficulty metering powders like H350, Varget, and H4895 for example. Are there other digital auto-charge powder dispensing devices out there than can meter Varget better than a 50% accurate rate? Thats right, half of the charges are off. Thanks, Mike

I would talk to RCBS. Have you customized it at all? I have a very early CM and I've never had problems with any powder--stick or spherical.
Is it level? Is it on the same bench where you reload? Is the cover closed to prevent breeze from effecting it?
Worst my machine does with stick or flake powder is to overshoot 0.1gn. This is totally ignorable or I moisten a Fingertip and pick up a kernel of powder.

Ran two Chargemasters for years. Now have the AutoTrickler V4. Have not turned on the chargemasters since. I use a lot of Varget, H4350 etc. Works perfect.
