VVN 135 & 375 H&H Workable?
I picked up some VVN 135 that I've been using in a .308 with excellent results (gas gun). I know VVN 140 would be better suited to the .375 H&H but thought that VVN 135 might work as well. I shoot Nosler 260 gr. Ballistic Tips. Anybody ever try this powder in the H&H?

Not really a suitable powder for that combination. I tried it, and it worked, but
N-140 From 61.9 grains to 73.3 grains
Remington 9-1/2M Primer
N-160 From 76.1 grains to 84.1 grains
Remington 9-1/2M Primer
were much better choices.

Old & Slow
I would think Vit 135 has too fast a burn rate for an optimum 375 H&H loading.
Nosler lists VIT-160 as their VIT powder choice - @ 77.0 to 81.0 Grains for the 260 Grain Bullet.
