Just had heavy varmint Kreiger barrel with 1:9 twist installed on my .223. Does anyone have a pet load for 68 & 75 grain bullets? thanks/ chaz

GSSPChaz,
LC 1991 through 2003 match prepped brass, Hornady 75 bthp match bullet, cannulure rolled on w/ a CH4 cannulure tool, seated to 2.258 and crimped w/ Lee Factory Crimp die, 24.6 gr H4895 (yes! quite a bit over book max), WSR primers. Rifle is a Rock River Arms 16", 1:9 twist with a Trijicon TA47-2 2x compact ACOG scope. My Ohler 33 Chrono @ 10 ft on a 30 degree day says 2720 fps averge, ES 59/SD 20. Zeroed for 250 yds, I'm gettting 10 shot groups at 600 yds of 10". I'm sure I could do better with a more powerful scope but this is a EOTWAWKI rifle/load!

JagrdawgerI know of 3 Savage FP10's (one is mine) that shoot 69 grain Nosler Custom Competition bullets over 25.X grains of RL15 into smaller than dime sized groups very consistantly. CCI BR small rifle primers and Remington brass.
