aktoklatThrow them away, over pressures lead to primer pocket enlargement. This sounds like a accident waiting to happen.

craigsterBy any chance are you using Remington primers? They have the smallest OD of all the LR primers out there. You may very well have enlarged primer pockets, but before dumping the brass I'd try other primers. I've been thru this drill before.

SR4759Primer pockets can be measured with .001 increment gauge pins.
Primers can be measured with micrometers.
I have started out using one brand of primer and changed to another when the primer pockets got loose. My primer pockets get loose due to wear from many multiple loads not from high pressure.

Von GruffCheck out the link and scroll down for the dimensions of primers.
http://www.radomski.us/njhp/cart_tech.htmhow many times this brass been shot? this does not mean you are over pressured. when i shoot brass around 6-8 times mine get loose to. i just toss them. and yes remington primers are the loosest fitting. primer pockets do stretch thats a fact.
