I could not find data from Barnes for the 130gr but for the 140gr TSX, the range is 64gr min and 69.5 max.

Rob, I tried 4831 with both bullets in 3 different 270s, each were custom rifles with Hart, PacNor, and Lilja barrels. FWIW, none liked the 4831 as much as 4350 and Re19.

I strongly suggest 4350 of any flavor for the 110. Each 270 ate that combo like sweettarts. I use H4350 in mine with that bullet and IMR in my brothers 270 with the 110. I settled on Re19 in my 270 with the 130. 57.0 grains.

Doc,
Funny thing rifles, aren't they. My Tikka M65 wuld shoot great groups with either 4831 or 4350. I worked a load for my neighbours Marlin 270 that was 53.5gn of 4350 Fed 215 primer and Sierra gameking seated to mag length. At 200 m first group went .75 ". Just to make sure the planets weren't alligned with that group, the next three shot group with a warmer barrel; went into .90".
My current rifle is a Schultz & Larsen D97 and so far it seems to like 4831sc with Hornady projectiles. As I have about 4lbs of the stuff this makes me happy.
I'll play around once my projectiles arrive, but I'm guessing somewhere around 59 through 60 of 4831sc should produce the goods.
thanks for the feedback
