Anyone know where I can get load data for this one? I also need a good fireforming load.

I like to form with either 50's or 55's and have become fond of AA-2200 in that procedure.

For forming I like to be seated into the lands pretty hard,despite my rifles having "snug" chambers that will correctly headspace 223SAAMI rounds.

After forming,I like H-335 with moly 40's and 50's...........
