.224 60 gr fbhp bullets
ok guys i was given a bag full of these from a friend he dosent know what brand they are said he had had them for awhile anyone venture a guess as to who made them thanks bill

if you cut open one of the bullets and remove the lead core the manufacturers put an engraving inside the case. remington uses a monkey, sierra uses a helicopter, barnes uses an apple. theres a whole chart of the diagrams at www.nowaytotell.com/useless. lol just joking. you pretty much have no way to tell what brand they are. just shoot them and if you like them then find a manufacturer that makes a similar round.

Sierra bullets usually have a distinctive shade of copper to their jackets.

Dang! I was almost on my way downstairs to start cutting open 22 bullets Wink I was suckered in there pretty good for a moment lol.
