The past three weekends, I have been shooting the new TS's.

In both my 300 Win and my 270 Win, they exceeded my expectations.

In the 270 Win, both the 130 and 140 grain bullets routinely shot 1" to 1 1/4" consistantly.
Funny thing was, I could push the 140 gr just as fast as the 130 gr, around 3100fps.

The 168 gr in the 300 Win easily did 3250 and got as high as 3396 with no undue pressure signs.

They seemed to shoot the best groups at just under 3300 fps. Faster than that, groups opened up.

Did a test group with the 270, and fired one shot each of 140 gr TS, TBBC, Swift A-frame, and Hornady BT all into a 2 inch group at 200 yards.

This allows me to shoot what I want without having to adjust zero or worry about POI.

Terry, where did you get the Triple Shocks, and how much were they??
Are they worth the price??

I don't know if they are worth it, but from Graf & Sons 130 grain triple shock in .277 are $3.00 cheaper than the XLC coated bullets. So I'll probably give them a try at some point.

I called Barnes regarding availability and they said that Graf and Midway have been shipped the largest quantities so far. Midway has them on the website, and I'm sure Graf does by now too.

I think Barnes finally got it right from all th posts I see here!
