Lee factory crimping tool for a .416 Rem?
Hi!

Just bought a new Lee factory crimp tool for my .416 Rem. Is this tool a sufficient crimping device for this caliber?
I've used the built in crimping that is in the RCBS bullet seater before but it is not directly easy to use, and buckling of the shells is always a right around the bend.

Thanx for any advice.

Hmmm, coffee is good. Too bad that without it my head goes bananas. I should quit but hmmm, coffee is good!

The Lee FC die is more than up to the task. Just follow the instructions and don't over crimp. It is possible to distort the bullet slightly with this die.

I have used my .416 Rem Lee Crimping die for years with great results. Do not let anyone tell you that is doesn't improve accuracy. Good shooting.

Thank you Phurley5.

No more old fashioned fumble crimping for me then.
