Powder for Lee Disk Pro

I'm about to start loading a bunch of 45 ACP on my Hornady Projector. I'll be using a LEE disk pwoder system. Any one have a favorite powder to use with the Lee? I've use a flake powder before and it seemed to "leak" with eh disk system.
