Harrell's Powder Measures

I'm trying to decided between two Harrell's Powder Measures, and would appreciate any feedback from anyone familiar with both. My focus on reloading is mostly load development for accuracy for rifles of many diverse chamberings (using an RCBS ChargeMaster), and then using a powder measure for higher volume runs of cartridges once I determine the right load. The cartridges I load range from 223 to 375 H&H.
I also looked at the Neil Jones, but can't seem to justify the (roughly double) price - please feel free to rebut that belief.

I have owned a Culver Premium Measure and was well satisfied with it, like you I cannot see a reason to purchased either the higher priced Culver nor the Neil Jones. With the Culver Classic all you're really getting is polished plating and anodizing at a premium no mention of improved performance over the lower priced measure.

I also have the Premium one for almost 10 years now. Excellent powder measure. What makes the Harrel unique is the adjustment system which is the best of all. You can literally duplicate loads by writing down the adjustment number. The unique roller bearings makes things smother than any other powder measure.

The difference in men and boys is the price of mens toys comes to mind..

I have an old RCBS and another powder measure of no name that I picked up in a gun show in Texas about 1950 for $7.50..

When used by someone that can duplicate movement in each toss of the lever, in their operation, as one should do or learn to do with any powder measure I defy any expensive powder measure to be more accurate...Its a learning process with any powder measure..I learned this from some very experienced bench rest shooters, some many years ago..Just my two bits..

I have Neil Jones and it comes down to accurate click adjustment per gr that are repeatable.

I would call Harrell and ask them on powders you want to use how accurate there clicks are.

I got the Jones when shooting BR and Harrell wasn't in business. Back then we only used one powder.
