newbie to forum and to reloading

hello all,
just wanted to say hi and thank you for all the info you have already given me on the forums from what i have read so far

i have one complaint then im closing this laptop up do you all have to have so much good information sheesh i started reading at 8pm and now its 530 am work is going to be a pita tomorrow today what ever thank you for all the help though.

I feel your pain, nothing like turning off the computer and realizing the room isn't getting darker, from the light coming in from the windows.

for every hour in front of the computer you should have 3 hours outside
