ID this powder measure
Can anyone ID this powder measure.

It has an adjustable reservoir and return spring.
Appears to be manually operated

Think I've seen it before, but this old brain can't remember. Could it have been part of a multiple stage early press?

Yes. I use mine for all of my pistol reloading, except with Win 296 powder, and for reloading my .223 and .308 ammo.
