brianboWhich dies to buy?
Hi gents,
I have a Forster Co-Ax press and would normally prefer their dies... however, for a 338-06, they aren't listed among their standard calibers. They want approx $70. for a full length sizing die and about the same for the seating die.
Whose dies do you recommend?
Regards,
Brian

lawndartI used RCBS for twenty years, then switched to Redding. Now, if Forster makes it, that is what I use. Otherwise Redding. I really like Redding's type "S" dies. Both Redding and Forster micrometer style seating dies are top notch.
I almost forgot.
For the utmost in accuracy I use Wilson dies for my smaller cartridges (6mm PPC, 222, 22 PPC). Those are used with a mallet or an arbor press.

brianboThanks for your replies.
Lawndart, any height issues with the Redding S dies on the Forster press?
