.303 P14
I inherited a .303 P14. Has anyone got the original barrel specifications for length and twistrate. It was manufactured in Eddington.

the twist for 303 British is one turn in ten inches.

Do you mean Eddystone??

The barrels were 26" long, rifling twist 1/10", bore (land dia.) .303", groove .311"-.312".

In the P14, the .303 British can be loaded to performance levels above what you can do in a SMLE......
