How can you time the release levers on a set of Warne Quick Detachable rings so that the levers are pointing in the same direction when mounted.
I've taken them all apart and can't see where I can adjust them so they time the same.
I found this old, low, set for Ruger 77 in some of Dad's things and want to mount them on a Hawkeye Alaskan 416. I got.

The levers are not attached to the screws; pull the levers up from the screws and you will see that they are spring loaded and hexagon; just re-position them.
