lbw62Tikka T3 .270 cal.
I know the T3 is one of the most accurate out of the box guns. However, I'm having a problem with the reloads.I'm shooting a 130grn. Nosler boat tail ballistic tip, backed with reloader 19 powder. Not a good group. if you reload for this rifle, please help me out with a tight grouping load. thanks

SteveThis probably is not the best place for this question. I'd post it again in the
reloading forum if I were you.

pfuehrerI have the same rifle. I am useing 62gr of H4831, Nosler Custom Brass, Federal Mag primer and Horn 130 SP. Groups are always MOA or better. I have chronoed this load for over 100 rds in 10 shot groups. Average velocity has been 3147 FPS with SD of -9.0. Please work up to this load if you decide to try it. This is the JOC load and has been mention recently by Lane Simpson in a recent gunzine. I have used this load in several rifle throughout the years and have yet to find a rifle that did not like it. Most reloading manuals do not go above 60 gr. with standard primer.
Good Luck with your T3-I have two and will get a 3rd soon.
We have tried 61 grns of RL22 with 140grn BT and it is clover leafing but never more than .5
This is a T3 Lite
