are there any company making solid bullets in 8 mm(0,323inch)in 220 grain or uppward?

I know, RWS did make a RN Solid, probably with steel jacket. Look, if there are still some around.

Alos, IIRC, Woodleigh once made a 250 grains solid.

I was very surprised while I looked around: while everybody and his brother is making a .366 Solid, there are no .323´s ...
