butchlocbullet question
one of my martini cadets is in 256 win. speer used to make a spire point 60 gr. 257 bullet, but quit some time ago. all i find is 60 gr flat nosed. with the small case i hate to go heavier than 60 gr. anybody know of a spire/spitzer shaped 60 gr 257 bullet??

ramrod340Only 60gr I know of was the Speer. Sierra makes a couple 70gr.

StonecreekI had great success in a .257 Roberts with that little Speer spire point, and wish I had more of them for my .25-20 and .256 Win, both with single-stack magazines.
This is one of about a half-dozen very useful bullets I liked that the manufacturers have "retired".
