Hello,
Can a 338 RUM be loaded down to the level of a 338 win mag with good results? The reason I ask is I am having a problem finding a left hand bolt action rifle in 338 win mag. ,but can find them in 338 RUM. Dont need or want the extra there.
Any ideas.

without looking at my books I would just be guessing but I think the starting loads for the RUM would be similar to max loads in the std 338WM.
