Trying to load Barnes solids 400 Gr and Triple Shock Barnes X 400 gr. They are very long bullets does any one have experience with these bullets i e fast powder.

I've used the Barnes 450 & 500 grain bullets in a .458 Winchester. Same type issue as you have with the Taylor. Might try looking at some of the powders used with the .458 Winchester in the Barnes manual.
