I understand what each one does, but what advantages and disadvantages does one have over the other and vice versa??

Neck dies for bolt guns, and full size for autoloaders??

Full-length size for hunting rounds to assure reliable feeding.

Supposedly, neck sizing works the brass less, but I believe a bigger advantage would be seen in bushing over regular dies.
