BA10 is probably the most used powder for .45 ACP in France. Partly because it is the cheapest and most readily available, but also because it works very well. Be careful about double loads; it's a fast powder that doesn't take up much space in the case and a double load can get by undetected fairly easily. In spite of the large air space, most people get very little velocity deviation.
