BobsterSounds like it wasn't rinsed well enough and/or got exposed to heat. How old is it? You can use it for fertilizer or do creative fire ant control.

RapidrobRust is OK. You can blow it off. Grains that are distorted or melted/have a very acrid odor is not good.

hivelosityI picked up a case several years ago at a gun show. It does not have the same batch number as the rest, I think I was slipped a mickey.
All the others are good.
I only have 3-1pound cans left.
The garden does need a little help.

ShootshellzSprinkle it on your lawn; it is great fertilizer. DO NOT burn it; a famous skeet shooter did same and later died of his burns. "I would rather be careful a thousand times than dead once" - Mark Twain.

Yea I guess some people are just not smart enough to live. One of those must have been and adult who can't do such a simple things as burning a lb of powder with out being hurt.
