Just bought a Remington XP-100 in 7mmBR and having never owned this cartridge before, would like any and all loading data as possible with 120 and 140 grain bullets. Which 140 grain would be the best for Caribou and Black Bear? Thanks in Advance.

You really don't need a 140 grain bullet for caribou or black bear -- and, considering the velocity level you will be working at, you may not get the performance needed for a quick, clean kill, either. The Sierra 130 grain Sierra Single Shot Pistol bullet will give you ample penetration on these larger critters and would definitely be my choice for the bear. But for the 'bou, there's nothing wrong with the 120 grain Ballistic Tip or Hornady 120 grain SSP. Both will serve you admirably.

By the way, you'll be hard-pressed to find a powder more versatile in the 7BR than H-335.

These are 10+ years old (the H-322 was GOVT SURPLUS, the black version and is NLA) but works well in my current XP with the new lots of H322:

100SIE/HP
29.5-H322, F205M

140 Sie,
30.0-H335, F205M (best load)
25.0-H322, F205M
26.7 -H322, F205M

160SBT
24.0-H322, F205M (Silh. load for 400 yd tgts at an annual fun event, really stands up to the wind)

Keep in mind the 140 will give "pass thru" on a deer/antelope at up to 175 yards. IMHO, the round is too small for bear (in NY anyway)

These work in my XP, they are not recommendations for you to use directly in your XP, so work up loads from at least 10% below listed.

And keep the bullets well out of the lands, you can break off a bolthandle if you don't.
