Speer Gold Dots in .45 ACP
Has anyone specific load data for the Speer Gold Dot bullet in 45 ACP, either the 185 grain or 230 grain? Compared to a classic FMJ of the same weight, are you using the same load or less?

lawndartI get about identical velocities to the classic FMJ loads. The VV powder burns very cleanly.
I use N-340 for 9mm (115-124grains), 40 S&W (165 - 180grains) and 45 ACP (230grains)exclusively. It really has simplified my life.
If only I had been this sensible with women for the last fifty years
