How do you clean your rifle barrels?

How do you clean your rifle barrels?
I would like to know the different methods people use to clean there barrels.
Has anybody used kroil and how.

Hey'
I swab the barrel with Sweet's,let it stand for about 5 minutes.I run Pro Shot brushes through about 25 passes.I then use a jag and patches,tight fitting ones,to clean barrel.
