When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.

NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR.

I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.

Yup. I already bought several hundred. The part numbers match the Hornady part numbers.

I checked them out; nothing but teeny tiny small bore stuff left. By that I mean 338 and under.

I don't know what the "problem" is with some of these "blem" bullets from Midway.

I bought a couple of boxes of 30cal 168gr ballistic tip bullets and they turned out to be Hornady A-max.

When I received the boxes, I opened them up expecting to see water spots or some discoloration or something visible. NOPE, all were bright and shiny and clean!!

Then I started worrying....Could the weight be off significantly??? Could they be oversized or undersized (diameter)???

I weighed 25-30 from each box and they were extremely close to 168gr....maybe 0.2 or 0.3grains off.

I pulled my digital calipers and mic'd the diameters...again, all dead nuts.

For the life of me, I cannot determine why these were labeled as Blem Bullets.

The only thing I can figure is that there was some malfunction in the production process that messed up a group of bullets coming off the line and they "scrapped" all bullets from that batch or group.

Nonetheless, I am very pleased with my blem bullets from Midway.....
