I would try 220 RN with some quicker than usual powders, like rl15 with a filler...

what powders would you try in a 16.5" 300 winchester mag barrel? i know "seafire's" bluedot is a candidate for that , but what others would ya try for deer/elk?

i was thinkin H4895 and Varget for starters.
