If you'd fill your profile in perhaps somebody could help you.
You'd be surprised (evidently) at how international this forum is! :-)

Many (if not all) of the Reloader series of powders and Norma's powders are made in Sweden by Bofors. That's right -- made at the same plant at the same time and only packaged differently.
This knowledge lets those of us in Scandinavia use a readily-available powder and still take advantage of abundant reloading data for the Reloader series of powders.
The differences between a Reloader powder and its Norma equivalent is no greater than you would get with lot-to-lot variations of the same powder. Start 10 or 15% low and work up as usual when you use a different powder lot.
For example, Reloader 22 is the same as Norma MRP.
I forget the equivalent to Reloader 15 right now. I will try to look it up for you later.
